Dash saw a sharp breakout over the past 24 hours, rising nearly 48% and gaining 28% on the week. The move follows the announcement of a new integration with Alchemy Pay, a global fiat-crypto gateway that now allows users to purchase DASH in 173 countries using local fiat currencies.

The news significantly improves global accessibility, removing previous barriers for users wanting to acquire and use Dash for everyday transactions. Alchemy Pay’s support adds over 300 payment channels, including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and regional bank transfers.

The announcement was followed by a noticeable increase in network activity, with the Dash team stating that transactions are now more than four times higher than when the coin reached its previous all-time high.

Momentum vs. Resistance

Dash’s price broke above the upper Bollinger Band at $50.27 on high volume and cleared the 78.6% Fibonacci retracement level at $54.47. This level may now act as a short-term support zone. The next resistance is seen near $74.89, aligning with the 61.8% Fib retracement.

Outlook

The latest move is driven by the Alchemy Pay partnership and a rise in user activity on the network. While the structure of the breakout is technically sound, the current momentum indicators reflect conditions often followed by short-term pullbacks.
